She does such a great job and is very consistent

They did an amazing job— a very thorough clean! And very fairly priced!

The cleaning was just fine. On that basis, I would use them again. Fair price. But, she was 45-minutes late....for cleaning a small one-bedroom. I had to reach out to them...several times. That was very disappointing, especially since I had plans that I was late to. The person I texted with was fairly responsive, but I would have thought a bit more apologetic. Anyway, sure, use them. But, the rest of it was disappointing. I do not know if I will use them again and it is strictly because they were 45-minutes late. Edit on 2/17 so that the facts are laid out. Others can make up their minds, but I will not be using them again because I should not have to correct the company after I left a reasonable and fair review. I reached out at 2:05 asking where the cleaning person was as my appointment was at 2. Not a huge deal, people run late. Actually, can be a good thing...these people finish the job! But I would like to know if the person is indeed coming as I have never used this service before. 2 minutes later I received a response that they would check. I did not hear anything so 10-minutes later (17 minutes after my booking and more than 2 minutes after this person said they would check) I reached out. Then, I did get an immediate (within one minute) response that "she is on her way from Harbor Island." That is literally no more than 2 miles from where I live and there is no traffic. There was one other message, quickly, on both sides. Then 20 minutes later, i had not heard anything or seen the person, so I had to text back at 2:36 to ask where she was because that shouldn't have taken 20-minutes. I did get a response within 2 minutes saying she was in the building. She arrived at my place 7 minutes later at 2:45 plus or minus one minute. So, in short, I had to reach out 3x to see where she was. Most of the information was responded to quickly, but there was a 10-minute gap for one and the 20 minute gap from the when she was on her way and I did not see her.

Absolutely amazing coming home to a clean house! They went above and beyond!

Francelis was very friendly and helpful. She removed any lingering smells that toddlers produce and when my toddler walked in he said, “wow it smells really good in here!” I can say with 100% confidence that he has never said that prior to Francelis cleaning our house.

Being pregnant with twins has definitely taken a toll on my energy—and the morning sickness hasn’t helped! I haven’t been able to keep up with my house the way I normally would, and Ultim8 has truly been a blessing. They come in and clean everything so thoroughly, making my home feel peaceful and fresh again. I’m incredibly grateful to have them on my side during this season. Thank you, Ultim8!

It’s so great to come home to a spotless house. It’s gives us more time to spend with family and get other things done. And that’s priceless. They do a great job and super happy with them. Can’t thank them enough.
