No, you don't but it is more helpful for the cleaners if items were picked up off the floor and the dressers and kitchen surfaces are free from clutter. The more surfaces we can easily access the better job they will be able to do without disrupting your personal items.

There is no need to worry about supplying anything. We provide all of the equipment and cleaning products that have been tried and tested.

The first time we clean your home we like to get it looking it's best again, so we always recommend beginning with a 'deep clean'. The service is a more thorough clean to really get the home back to a high standard. After the initial deep clean then any subsequent cleans will just need a regular clean to keep your house, apartment or office spotless. You should select to have a deep clean when you book.

Tipping is always appreciated but never expected or required. If you would like to leave a tip, cash is the preferred method, left in an obvious place for the cleaner (usually the kitchen) and clearly marked that it is for them.

Our Service Agreement states that you agree not to hire our cleaners directly and all bookings will be made with us and not directly with the cleaners. If you still wish to break this agreement, then a compensation fee would need to be paid to us as stated in the agreement.

Payment is due the day of each cleaning. Most customers simply pay by major credit card when booking directly on our website. Although Credit Card details are taken at the time of booking online, payment is not taken until after the clean. You may also leave a check or cash on the kitchen counter.
